How did we get Evží

Evží was born in region Vysočina at breeder Zuzana Šustrová, who breeds wisley and with love. I found her kennel right before the puppies were born. I was amazed when I found out Zuzana has got beautiful, healthy and working females. The combination of lively and very active mum Berie and dad Kometa who is family dog and does canisterapy caught my attention. But there was written on her website that pupppies are reserved. I couldn’t get black nosed Berie out of my head so I wrote to Zuzana something about myself, my family and plans with the potencial puppy (the plans were not very spectacular at that time). And behold she gave as the chance to be an owners of her puppy. When the little gingers were 5 weeks old me and my mum went to visit them. I believed Zuzana knows the puppies the best and would pick the most suitable puppy for us. And at that time the black nosed boy with the yellow ribbon was chosen to be ours.

On June 10th 2020 a new challenge started and little Evží joined our family. Our 9,5 years old FCR girl Coffee hated us a little when the ginger brat arrived. But in a few days they got on pretty well and they become great friends – she got younger and Evží drew from her experience.

What is Evží like – an universal dog

This really suits Evží. He has got a lot of modes and he switches them like greased lightning. He was like that from the beggining so we just supported and developed this great feature in him. There’s a big difference between Evží with my parents and Evží with me. He can rest when we are in a restaurant or wisiting friends but he also can work hard whole day. Lively and active mother and dad who does canisterapy made a perfect combination of family dog who works hard and loves it.

And now in more detail. Evží is very friendly, he loves all animals, he is easygoing and playful with other dogs. He loves people, but he makes an exeptions and doesn’t go close to suspicious people. He has got a big food drive and even bigger play drive. But he can also be calm and has got good self-control. He can concentrate, he’s not reactive. He loves to work the most. It doesn’t metter if he’s searching in rubble, retrievering dummy from water or running canicross – he does everything at full blast.

He doesn’t have to be ashamed of his looks. For toller he is a bit tall, long-legged and not very mighty but they still like him on the shows. I would say he’s an athletic, light version of toller. He has got good fur, typical marks, big but soft head and especially black nose🖤.
